You are going to want four small chicken breast.
3/4 cup broccoli is about what is needed make sure it is chopped.
About 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese will do for this.
With two ounces of cream cheese included but make sure it is softened.
Two teaspoons cajun will do seasoning, giving it a little kick!
You need to preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
In a small bowl you’ll want to combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese. Then set this aside for later.
You then want to slice each chicken breast lengthwise or the long way so that the breast folds open but be sure not to slice all the way through.
After you cut the chicken you then want to spread the broccoli cheddar mixture, the one you set aside for later, on one side of the chicken. Then you fold the other side over and secure with a toothpick.
Lightly sprinkle the Cajun seasoning on each side of the chicken for the little tang!
And finally place the chicken in a greased baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Pull it out, let it cool off and enjoy!
